The mirror list for all rackspace hosted mirrors listed on https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/mirrors/CentOS/9-stream/x86_64 are incorrect. The page lists RSYNC links for all rackspace mirrors. However none of the rackspace mirrors actually have the listed RSYNC link/path.
