We need to move admin.centos.org infra repository to a new node/VM, under full Ansible control (last role to write/convert from puppet) and tie it to the signing process

Switching from standalone process to SIG-style process (so all builds in CBS, and also using same process for pkgs signing, and so infra repositories would be "live" on mirror.centos.org for public consumption)
Task in progress as pkgs are being tagged for -testing/-release for infra7 and infra8 tags and also pkgs clean-up

All the required pkgs were either tagged or rebuilt through cbs.centos.org koji
The following commits are switching some roles pointing to new public repositories (and now signed with new Infra SIG key, following the SIG process) :
