Well, you haven't provided any of the information requested, so can you register your mirror in mirrormanager, and then update this ticket with your Host ID info from mirrormanager?

Also, the only info you provided is http url which can't be that one as the one your provided is for legacy centos linux 7/8/8-stream and that you already registered through centos-mirror list.

This ticket is for 9-stream so different process (per wiki instructions)
