Recently our pull requests do not get the jenkins job status, e.g. https://pagure.io/odcs/pull-request/545 https://pagure.io/pungi/pull-request/1596
I'm not sure is this related to the message 'Some plugins could not be loaded due to unsatisfied dependencies. Fix these issues and restart Jenkins to re-enable these plugins.' shown in https://jenkins-fedora-infra.apps.ocp.ci.centos.org/manage
Could someone help with this?

@hlin We provide full admin access to the jenkins instance so that it can be managed by the users themselves. We don't really have the insight into what needs to be changed to fix this issue.
I would suggest trying to update the plugins suggested and go from there
