Hello, we are already providing public mirror. But we are migrating this mirror to new IPs and so we need allow this new IPs to be able to migrate.

I'll let @phsmoura comment on this one, but I had a quick look at https://mirror-status.centos.org/#nl It seems your mirror wasn't up2date for a very long time but now seem "in sync" again. So once it will have been verified, it will appear back but not all the time : to spread the load the current process only pick 10 validated nodes in a country and there are much more than 10 in .nl actually.

Just do rsync more often and your mirror will be listed again. As you can see, last sync was done some hours ago
