I would like to request the namespace "kmods" under gitlab.com/centos for the Kmods SIG.
Please setup access to this namespace following the simple case as described in 1.

https://gitlab.com/CentOS/kmods is now created and with sig-kmodsACO group linked through SAML as Owner. Can you just visit https://id.centos.org/gitlab once to ensure that it would sync group membership ? After that you should have needed rights under kmods/* .
