Yes, and as you can see on that mirror-status.centos.org link, your mirror isn't up2date.
From http://mirror.nevacloud.com/centos/timestamp.txt it clearly shows that it's not considered "current" by the mirrors crawler, reason why mirror-status is showing it with a 1.5day age
https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors is an extract of the DB for current and validated mirrors, reason why yours isn't listed (and is probably not listed in yum/dnf mirrorlist for now either)

Can you just ensure that you rsync multiple times per day (per wiki instructions) ? Once you'll have up2date content, both mirror-status.centos.org and website will show it as validate mirror.
