We should start migrating some projects that are on a self-hosted gitea instance to gitlab.com, as it's tied with SSO already to FAS auth. Consolidating there would make sense, like for our ansible inventories, etc and then decommission that gitea instance

Finally had time to finish migration and it's now all done for all infra environments
