This template can be used to ask for a new mirror for CentOS Linux 7 and CentOS Stream 8. For CentOS Stream 9 mirror request, see the other template (for which you'll need to be registered in mirrormanager)
Hi,
We also have centos-vault hosted: HTTP: http://mirror.serverion.com/centos-vault/ HTTPS: https://mirror.serverion.com/centos-vault/ RSYNC: rsync://mirror.serverion.com/centos-vault/
Metadata Update from @zlopez: - Issue assigned to phsmoura - Issue priority set to: Waiting on Assignee (was: Needs Review) - Issue tagged with: low-trouble, medium-gain, mirror-linux
Thanks !
Your mirror http://mirror.serverion.com/centos and http://mirror.serverion.com/centos-vault/ has been added to the mirrors DB
It will be listed as a public mirror (and on https://mirror-status.centos.org / https://www.centos.org/download/mirrors/ ) in the following minutes/hours. Your IP address[es] (185.28.39.100 2a10:1440:0:4:82c1:6eff:feaa:ec08) has/have been added in the ACL and so you should be able to rsync from msync.centos.org in the next ~10min
Important : it only concerns CentOS Linux 7 and Stream 8. For Stream 9 and above, read (again) https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreatePublicMirrors
Kind Regards

Thank you, I wait for the ACL added so we can start running the CentOS-Stream-All as well.
When adding a Repo to the mirror manager, I am unable to select CentOS at Fedora...
The sites are added as Fedora Other:
http://mirror.serverion.com/centos-stream https://mirror.serverion.com/centos-stream rsync://mirror.serverion.com/centos-stream
Site is in sync, however, syncing from msync doesn't work yet.
thanks
Hi @serverion
Are you trying to add to stream 9? if you are. Please, open another issue and share your host id in mirror manager, we will add the centos category for you
