I don't have permission to access koji build. if I click login it shows access denied Forbidden You don't have permission to access this resource.Reason: Cannot perform Post-Handshake Authentication.

There is no need to try to login through webui, as nothing is doable through it. The way to interact with koji/cbs is documented in the official SIG guide : https://sigs.centos.org/guide/auth/
I just looked and you're not member of any group that would let you do anything in the Virt SIG, so it seems you weren't properly sponsored/added by the Virt SIG Chair ?
@sbonazzo : is there something missing that we (infra) aren't aware of ?

I'm not aware of any request and I also never met seeteena. From the registered email address I guess he's a colleague of @mopsfelder ?
@sbonazzo Seeteena is from IBM and she and her team will carry on the PPC64LE work for Virtualization SIG.
@sbonazzo : I'll let you discuss that with potential SIG members and I'll close this ticket as there is nothing to do at infra side, and process is all documented (and you can "onboard" them in Virt SIG once you'll have discussed that during virt sig meeting) Feel free to reopen this one (or new one) for technical issue at infra level

Thanks. I have completed the auth guide after login with FAS account id.
I have sent a note to sbonazzo to add me as a member of Virt SIG chair group.
