#57 [RFE] Add start of certificate validity into ouput of 'getcert list'

Knowing start date of certificate validity is useful during cert renew issues when we are forced to move date back in time. Sometimes happens that time is moved too much to past and some certificates are not valid yet. Having this information may help to prevent us to do this and provide different solution.
