#288 Add some missing test files to dist

ftweedal/certmonger tests/add-missing-dist-files  into  master

SRPM misses some essential test files, causing failure during RPM
build test phase. Add the missing files.

LGTM. I never use the srpm target hence why I seem to miss this type of update pretty often. I've considered dropping it in the past, I may think hard about it again. That or I need a test to ensure all the tests are added.
