#77 Reformat certificates returned by Dogtag

nalin/certmonger pem-formatting  into  master

The formatting of PEM certificates returned by Dogtag may not match our ideal, so strip off the PEM header and footer and reformat them ourselves before outputting them. Should fix #76.

ACK, tests fine for me with IPA 4.5 in rawhide.
