#3 Convert the handler to use pungi and fedfind

pungi-compose-messages  into  main

This converts the AMQP listener to use pungi messages and fedfind to deal with the compose metadata.

It also uses the labels from fedfind to sort things into pre-release image definitions.

@adamwill fedfind is very nice. If you've got a minute at some point to glance over it and let me know if I'm doing something overly complicated or blatantly wrong I'd be very grateful.

I don't see anything weird or unexpected about the fedfind usage here, nope. glad you found it useful.
