Issue #279: stop creating PV AMIs for cloud base image - cloud-sig

We still create PV AMIs for cloud base images. Since we don't really test them I'd like to stop so they don't cause confusion. Any objections?

Yes, I also think that we stop producing the PV images.

looks like this was duplicated over in https://pagure.io/cloud-sig/issue/284

This is now fixed: https://github.com/fedora-infra/fedimg/pull/81. We are no longer creating PV images.
