The Fedora 42 WSL image can't be found on https://fedoraproject.org/cloud/download, leading to questions like https://fedoramagazine.org/whats-new-fedora-workstation-42/#comment-560482
The issue tracking this for the website is https://gitlab.com/fedora/websites-apps/fedora-websites/fedora-websites-3.0/-/issues/344.
It sounds like perhaps it won't be added to the cloud section, but perhaps instead of providing download links there we can just add a blurb that says "To get the WSL image run wsl --install FedoraLinux-42" or something like that.
wsl --install FedoraLinux-42

For the record: as of Fedora 43 the WSL images are among the "Miscellaneous Downloads". Their specific location is https://fedoraproject.org/misc#wsl_base.
Note that a blurb similar to the one suggested by @jcline was added too.
