#443 Rawhide EC2 images failing to build because ec2-instance-connect was retired

EC2 images are failing to build for Rawhide because they're looking for ec2-instance-connect, but that package was auto-retired recently.

Either somebody needs to adopt that package and unretire it, or we need to drop it from the image definition in the kiwi templates.

Fixed now, ec2-instance-connect is back in composes and ec2 images are back.
