#70 Add utility to dump package listings from a compose

lsedlar/compose-utils listings  into  master

This can be fed back into Pungi as prepopulate file to ensure packages from compose don't go missing.

This is what the listing for F28 would look like (only including i686 packages in Everything.x86_64, which is where all multilib seems to be happening). It's about 800kB JSON file.
