As a developer, I want to create a task in the communishift role which creates OpenShift Secrets on demand.

Tasks

• Write a task in the communishift role which takes parameters something like communishift-projectname and creates an OpenShift Secret like communishift-projectname-efs-credentials.
• The Secret should be created in the Namespace communishift-projectname

Success Criteria

• A task in the communishift role exists
• When run it creates an OpenShift Secret on demand in the appropriate Namespace and populates it with the EFS storage credentials.
