As a developer, I want to create AWS EFS resources on demand.

Tasks

• Write a task in the communishift role which takes parameters something like customer name and creates an AWS EFS filesystem.
• The task should retrieve the accessPointID and fileSystemID values and store them in Secret in OpenShift Project.

Success Criteria

• A task in the communishift role exists
• When run it creates an AWS EFS filesystem resource on demand
• It stores the accessPointID and fileSystemID values in a OpenShift Secret.
