High Contrast icon for setroubleshoot is needed as it's specified in the Applications and Launchers policy: "App launchers MUST have a unique[3] 128×128 launcher icon with an alpha channel and a matching High Contrast icon."

High Contrast icons lives in /usr/share/icons/HighContrast, owned by gnome-themes-standard package.

This is approved as Fedora 21 final blocker, so we need this icon as soon as possible, see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1130794

Someone (I can't recall who, sorry!) mentioned to me that Andreas Nilsson had done some excellent previous icons of this type. Andreas, any chance you have time to make this in the next day or two?

Raising priority since this is on our current F21 Final blocker list.
