#425 Websites banner for "Astronomy Spin"

For Fedora 24 we will have a new Spin, Astronomy Spin. This Spin will be in https://labs.fedoraproject.org and the websites team needs a banner to represent the Spin on the main page and also on the Spin sepcific page.[[br]]
Please have a look at any of the other spins in labs.fp.o to understand better how the banner will be used.[[br]]
Resolutions are 450x255 for the image on the main index page, the spin-splash in the spin specific page is 2000x448. Feel free to ping me for any question.

The banners are needed for F24 final release, we don't have any banners for prerelease. Screenshots and feature icons will be produced by the spin owner.

Okies, I decided to go with a PD astronomy image from NASA:
