Hi, I'm working on getting the vertical logo embroidered on a black shirt. In order to get the logo to stand out more, I'd like to have one with a white edge added to the medallion so that the logo will contrast to the shirt.
Just a thought, but this may be worth a separate ticket: We ought to explicitly provide a white-bordered infinity bubble, and cover its use in the Logo Usage Guidelines on the wiki. When we put the logo on a black background it's easy for it to get lost, and an approved white border could help quite a bit.
If you want to print the Fedora logo on a dark background and have greater contrast, using the logotype only in pure white is the appropriate treatment. That is what I would recommend to the anonymous ticket reporter here.
The possibility of allowing for a white keyline in such treatments was discussed with brandcomm a while back and the above was the mutually-agreed upon solution.
Closing the ticket; contact me if you want to discuss further.
