Would like a custom Fedora logo for the Fedora Gaming community. We are currently in the middle of a revamp and also are seeing more interest in PC gaming on Fedora, so we would like the page to have an official gaming spin logo.

With the rising popularity of Gaming on Linux, the Fedora Gaming community would like a custom spin logo that goes with the community.

recommendation

We would like to see the Fedora logo with a controller or a PC, the idea is to have something for the Gaming community.

Hi @aheath1992 - we actually have a logo for the Fedora Games spin and I am wondering if that would work? Here's a little snapshot of how it looks in Fedora Media Writer. If this would work let me know and I can track down the SVG source for it.

I was hoping for something with the Fedora logo on it but have a gaming aspect to it that goes with the community

Hi @aheath1992 ! My name is Jess and I am based in Waterford as part of the CPE team and UX team! I have a couple of ideas for it using the fedora characters that a previous intern has created and I added some text on them as well almost feeling like an esports team logo in that regard. I'll also change the buttons to reference all of the colours used in Fedora as well. I have a sketch and then just a coloured version as well. I can make these into vector graphics as well. Would love some feedback and also to hear what you think and which character do you prefer as well!

Hi, thought I would post the finished svg of the fedora gaming logo here as well as in thethread, I would like some feedback on it in the nexr few days if thats okay as I want to close out this ticket. thanks!
