#84 need to get fpo.org banner rotation js working in insight

From mizmo: i tried to get the js for the banner rotation on www.fpo working in zikula. it just spit out the js plain text rather than working. for now i've statically linked out to the F11 release banner but one of two things is going to need to happen before insight goes live:

* js needs to be working OR
* we need to statically link to a non F11 banner

(formerly in the Marketing team trac at https://fedorahosted.org/marketing-team/ticket/53)

This is a blocker for FI going live (priority set from Marketing trac).

banner.js seems to be crashing when used with Zikula. Setting ticket to lower priority and updated banner to point to f12 release banner.

I'm interested in helping out on this one.

Does this issue still need someone to look at it? If so, can i get a little more info on what needs to be done?

The design and implementation of Insight have changed enough that this ticket isn't valid any longer. Thanks for your willingness to help though!

We may need some overall theme help in the future when we move from Drupal 6 to Drupal 7. If you're interested in helping with that, I'll let you know when it happens.
