Judging by the gtk4 version in Fedora 40 I assume gtk 4.18 will not be pushed to Fedora 41.

I just checked Fedora 41. It was updated to 4.16.13 which has my vulkan fixes and still carries Lina's render op patch so we should be good to remove the work around for f41 as well.

Update was only 3 days ago so I'll wait a week or so.
