#22 Start `mesa-asahi-*-flatpak` deprecation

fedora-asahi/ jannau/asahi-platform-metapackage drop-mesa-asahi-flatpak-24.08  into  main

The FDO 24.08 runtime ships mesa-25.1 since June so it's not longer necessary to ship mesa-asahi-24.08-flatpak. In addition mesa-asahi-23.08-flatpak will be End of Life when Fedora 43 ships. So drop asahi-platform-metapackage-flatpak completely.

We shouldn't need any of the Provides for removing them, why add these?

I added the Provides because a vaguely remember an issue with with dropping the 23.08 flatpak extension. I might misremember something as I don't see what could require this but I don't see the harm in adding the Provides and drop them at a later stage.
