fedora-asahi/ jannau/asahi-platform-metapackage add_reverse_weak_dep  into  main

Should result in the platform metapackage being pulled in older installs
before the metapackage was installed in the images.

After reading a more I don't think this going to work as intended. I suspect it would need bump of fedora-asahi-remix-release to be considered. Tests with a local repo didn't work.
