We need an Obsoletes: %{name}-plasma < 0-11 line here.

Also, this should be conditioned on Fedora 40+, since we need this in F39.

Oh nevermind, it's apparently fixed in Plasma 5.27.11 too.

This needs to be rebased

I know very little about these spec files in the first place, so I'll let y'all make this change yourselves.
