This is a tracker so we do not forget it.
We need a mechanism to re-trigger a run of the Atomic CI pipeline. There are infra issue or just because the environment changed requiring a new run of the tests.
Since there could be multiple places used to re-trigger tests (bodhi for an update or pagure for pull-requests), one idea is to have a simple API-based service that when called would send a fedmsg message that would be listened to by the pipeline to re-trigger the tests.
