cosmic-config-fedora only exists in F41+. So it needs to be built in COPR for F40 or F40 needs to be retired in COPR.

I'd probably go for the latter, to be honest.

cosmic-session seems to have been build just fine for f40: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/ryanabx/cosmic-epoch/build/8660276/

Anyway, i guess that's fine if you drop the builds for f40, somebody should make a decision
