Expected behavior

When running a cosmic session with all rpms installed, using the super key should bring up a launcher that lets you search for an app, among other possible actions.

Current behavior

No launcher shows up when pressing the super key\

The two places to look first for the cause would be pop-launcher and cosmic-launcher. Cosmic launcher is the frontend for a service called pop launcher, and cosmic launcher should spawn a pop launcher process when it runs.
