I received no upgrades. Had to run: sudo dnf downgrade cosmic* to make it work.

DNF searched then the latest packages to install one version lower than the current packages, but it installed then instead the latest packages because the currently installed versions weren't found at all. That's why the reinstall command didn't work either (since it didn't find the versions in the Copr repo).

Didn't receive updates since this last COSMIC upgrade:

Unfortunately, for package reviews we had to change the way versions are written out. On coprs, the proper way to do upgrades since they rely on versions being in order is to use dnf distro-sync which will upgrade and downgrade versions when necessary
