A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

This is similar to https://pagure.io/fedora-qa/blocker-review/issue/1005 - if we don't pull this in, the upgradepath (without --allowerasing) will be broken once 2.38.2 goes stable in F36. So:
