A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

As you explained in the other bug, we typically accept FTI bugs as FEs - as long as the fix isn't likely to cause any other problems - because it helps people upgrade during freezes. Sorry, I should have explained that in the proposal, and maybe should add it to the FE principles.
