The Change Checkpoint: 100% Code Complete Deadline was on 2023-08-22. So this is definitely their problem and we don't need to approve this. At the same time, it makes sense for this change to be baked into Beta. The change itself seems to consist of two PRs, and at least the fwupd one have some potential to regress something, I think: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fedora-release/pull-request/279 https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fwupd/pull-request/9
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/fwupd/pull-request/9
Actually, this is proposed in #1244. But it seems both need to be accepted together, so I think it would make sense to merge these two FE requests.
+1 BetaFE
