As @kparal discovered, the updated pyunicorn is missing a dependency.

I pulled the update from Bodhi and will work on getting h5netcdf reviewed.

Since now this depends on a new package being pushed to Fedora, do we want to revote the FE status? I'm not sure if this still qualifies for +1.

It's still an FTBFS/FTI fix even with the added package, which I reviewed a few hours ago. But I'm also fine with making this a 0day.
