Is this some automated ticket creation? E.g. for packages that were still FTI during beta freeze?
I'm asking because the linked bug is closed. The update solving the FTI was pushed yesterday.
Reading the comments in the bug, it looks like a mishap. Anyway, up to QA to deal with it.
