This seems to not affect Fedora itself, but certain third parties, do I read it right? I currently don't understand it enough to vote for a blocker. But this sounds like something that's good to fix before release: FinalFE +1
I think that the settings required to trigger the bug are not on default installations, therefore I tend not to block.

I don't really see what criteria this violates, looks like a fix is ready though.
