A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

I don't think there is a matching criterion, but we can ask FESCo to designate this a final blocker. If a human had decided it makes sense to ship with kdump enabled, that would be one thing. But shipping with it enabled by mistake is just silly.
