Really feels like a no win situation. Ship crashy Gnome Software, ship largely untested GTK4 update...
FinalFE 0
Memory corruption issue in GTK4 causes GNOME Software to crash very often when browsing apps. It is fixed in a 4.13.9-1 gtk4 build that is currently available in Koji and needs to be pushed to Fedora. The update can be tested by users via standard Bodhi process and important parts can be tested automatically by Fedora openQA.
FinalFE +1
I'm not sure how much it matters, because this is already fixed in updates-testing and will surely be fixed prior to freeze no matter what. But whatever:
FinalFE +1 FinalBlocker +1
Although this crash is fairly generic, it's so frequent and serious as to violate the basic functionality criterion. We surely don't want to release with it unfixed.
