A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

yeah, 60 secs timeframe isn't bad enough, bud still bad.
Since it seems we do have a fix for this, and it affect a criterion, I vote for block.

so we can push the fix stable and forget about this one.
