Thanks for creating this issue! I ran into this problem when upgrading to coreos next, outgoing http requests stopped working for my uptime-kuma podman containers. I could reproduce this issue by creating containers that are inside a network and making http requests using either curl, wget or dnf.

Because pastt is the default for new rootless podman containers I think this issue is important.
