missing artwork as release blocking seems exaggerated since most people change the background to their liking anyways. If there is someone out there that really wants the beta backgrounds, they'll switch back to them.

@augenauf we added the criterion specifically in an earlier cycle when the backgrounds were also late (but not this late) so we could justify doing a new RC to pull them in...it does feel a bit awkward to now ignore that same criterion because of a few days' relative time difference, but it also feels awkward to do a new RC this late solely to pull in some very late-arriving backgrounds.

The wallpaper is different enough than the previous one. Pity the could not make it, but I believe that there is no need to wait another week just for the wallpaper.

I think there is no point anymore for we to vote here because mattdm, luya and amoloney already agreed to unpush this for f40, and use it for f41 instead, see the last comments at the bodhi update: https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2024-408be92ac3
