Discussed during the 2024-09-23 blocker review meeting [1]:
This is accepted under "It must be possible to establish both IPv4 and IPv6 network connections using both typical router-provided addressing systems (e.g. DHCP on IPv4 or SLAAC or IPv6) and static addressing." at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Basic_Release_Criteria#Basic_networking . We concluded that the affected configuration falls under "Common wireless network configurations using supported hardware".
