A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

in principle, I just worry that fixing it with a dep change might have some subtle non-obvious consequence. But we can think about that while deciding whether to fix/pull the fix.
