A quick example: BetaBlocker +1 (where the tracker name is one of BetaBlocker/FinalBlocker/BetaFE/FinalFE/0Day/PreviousRelease and the vote is one of +1/0/-1)

I agree that this is a really important fix for atomic users (who don't use an English keyboard by default). At the same time, it's potentially invasive and can have side-effects. So I'm for pulling it in, if we don't release this week, and make sure we thoroughly test it (including non-atomic systems) through the next week.
