This is breaking builds and creating incoherent runtime issues with packages that link to libjack.
@ngompa I feel this needs further clarification. How exactly is this blocking us from releasing Beta? We definitely don't block on dosbox or ardour. We also don't block on FTBFS issues, if the existing builds already work and satisfy criteria. You mention this breaks KDE. How exactly? KDE, in general, seems not to be broken at the moment to me. The only audio related criterion is the basic audio and this works for me. Please, provide more info.

Same as kparal and lruzicka, I'd need clearer justification to see this as a blocker. Since I'm away from tomorrow, I'm gonna say I give @kparal my proxy here: whatever he votes counts for me too.
I will note that I'd consider "this is preventing the build of something we need to build to fix another blocker or FE" to be sufficient justification.
