I kinda think it's too much of a stretch. We can install alongside macOS, we just label things incorrectly.

The bug report states that mislabel doesn't prevent installing alongside and that the dual boot works so I don't think a mislabel is blocker worthy based on the criteria I've read. Would be good to have fixed though.
