Agreed with the necessity to have this package updated at the fedora repos at the release time, but since this package doesn't get shipped with the iso (AFAIK) I think the right think to do is to grant it a ZeroDay status.
Given that Adam told me that "... we tend to actually give FEs to upgrade issues (when safe) so people who upgrade a bit before official release don't hit them" I'll change my 0Day to FE

I'd say: FinalFE +1 we tend to give FEs to upgrade fixes (where safe), because people often want to upgrade or test upgrades a bit before release day. So it's good to fix upgrade issues during the freeze, if it's safe.
